DALLI: First real ODT in Brandenburg
On behalf of the Landkreis Oder-Spree, we were able to establish the first fully fledged on-demand transport service in Brandenburg. With “DALLI – Dein Brandenbus,” we initially brought three fully electric vehicles onto the road, operating from early morning until late evening for people in the region. Since then, the service has grown and become deeply embedded in the local community. Today, seven vehicles operate in Storkow and around Lake Scharmützelsee, transporting more than 1,100 passengers per week. We maintain a local branch and are responsible for operations, control, and marketing with a team of 30 employees on site.

Rufbus Schenkendöbern since 2025
The on-demand bus (Rufbus) in the municipality of Schenkendöbern offers a comprehensive range of trips without a fixed timetable. The service can be booked on school days, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and during school holidays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Rufbus can be requested both by phone (weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and online. The standard VBB fare applies.

DALLI Fürstenwalde: Pop-Up ODT Special Limited Event
From March 6 to April 30, 2023, DALLI was also operating in Fürstenwalde. This expanded our on-demand offering and brought flexible mobility to the city: passengers could travel from stop to stop without a fixed timetable—by booking via hotline, app, or online. The service operated Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The standard VBB fare applied, plus a €1 comfort surcharge. With this initiative, we continued our mission: modern mobility for Brandenburg.
On-Demand Transport
Hopper: First On-Demand Transport in Hessen
On behalf of the Kreisverkehrsgesellschaft Offenbach (kvgOF), we implemented Hopper as the first on-demand transport service in Hesse. Six vehicles operated seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. in Hainburg, Seligenstadt, and Mainhausen. With around 40 new jobs created and a dedicated local branch, we were responsible for operations and further development on site—delivering a flexible, reliable mobility service that continues to be widely used and ideally complements basic public transport services in the Landkreis Offenbach to this day.

Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) since 2024
Since January 2025, we have been responsible for the safe and punctual transport of employees between the two sites of the Helmholtz Institute Berlin on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. In parallel, we handle the complete internal mail distribution at both locations. The reliable and discreet execution of these daily logistical tasks is ensured at all times.

WeShare Fleet onboarding Berlin
For the Berlin WeShare operating area, we successfully onboarded new ID.3 and ID.4 models. On behalf of UMI – Urban Mobility International GmbH, we took over the vehicles, inspected them, and equipped them accordingly. The software was carefully tested and initialized before we deployed the cars across the service area and activated them for rental.

Volkswagen Internationale Brand Conference 2019
For Volkswagen’s International Brand Conference 2019 in Wolfsburg, we were responsible for transport management. On behalf of Volkswagen, we organized the arrival and departure of around 2,000 guests—including local plant employees and international staff. Using approximately 80 buses, we ensured transfers to event slots and dinner events over several days. Our scope covered planning, coordination, and operational control to ensure guests reached their destinations punctually and comfortably—delivering smooth operations for an event of international significance.

Event expertise for Audi and the Berlinale
From 2016 to 2020, MWM handled the complete fleet management for Audi AG, managing a fleet of up to 300 vehicles. This included VIP shuttle services for guests, press and social media activities, as well as the official driving service for the Berlin International Film Festival, including dispatching for around 200 drivers. In 2019–2020, MWM planned and installed the charging infrastructure for approximately 120 Audi e-tron vehicles, comprising around 100 charging points at 11 kW and 14 fast chargers with capacities of up to 150 kW. Since 2021, MWM has been a framework contract partner of KBB for driving services and dispatching for the Berlinale—the contract was re-tendered, won again, and extended beyond 2025.

Transport management for the 2018 European Athletics Championships
Around one year of preparation, precise execution, and thorough follow-up: For the European Athletics Championships, MWM organized the complete transport management for more than 4,000 guests, including approximately 1,500 athletes. With around 80 buses and 100 vehicles, participants and guests were transported reliably between hotels and competition venues. Particular emphasis was placed on highlighting Berlin’s reputation as a people-oriented sports city and making the public character of the event tangible and accessible.

800 accompanied test drives in five German cities with the Audi e-tron
Salesforce Basecamp 2019: Despite high demand—800 test drives across five cities and more than 7,000 kilometers driven—we were able to virtually eliminate waiting times. Digital booking enabled individual route planning as well as efficient data protection management and lead handling via a central platform. Together with Salesforce, we developed an automated booking tool that further streamlined the entire process. In addition, our trained MWM Car Experts team was on site to explain technical innovations such as virtual exterior mirrors, brake energy recuperation, and the specific characteristics of the Audi e-tron’s electric drivetrain, while accompanying guests on their first drive.

Nio – Bits & Pretzels Shuttle Service in Munich
For the renowned startup festival Bits & Pretzels in Munich, we provided an exclusive chauffeur service with 20 vehicles for our client NIO. The vehicles were in operation around the clock, ensuring seamless mobility for guests and speakers. Our drivers received specialized training to guarantee the highest level of service quality. Planning and coordination were managed centrally by our Event Operations team.

For the 2022 European Basketball Championship, we organized the complete transport management with up to 25 shuttle vehicles. Transfers between hotels, training facilities, and game venues were precisely coordinated. Our drivers were highly experienced in meeting the demands of international sports events. Special Olympics World Games 2023 – Berlin
As part of the Special Olympics World Games, we were responsible for planning and delivering transport, venue, and fleet management for the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). With more than 300 vehicles—including fully electric and hydrogen-powered models from Toyota and Lexus—as well as 300 buses, we ensured the safe and efficient transportation of 14,000 athletes throughout Berlin. The key challenges lay in managing complex logistics while meeting strict sustainability and inclusion standards. Our team mastered this task with precision and empathy.

Priority Boarding 2019 – Audi Vehicle logistics
Ahead of the market launch of Audi AG’s first fully electric vehicle, we coordinated vehicle logistics for around 120 dealers across Germany. A total of approximately 120 vehicles were distributed on time and with maximum efficiency. The “Priority Boarding” initiative marked an important milestone for Audi and required the highest level of precision in planning. Our team ensured smooth execution and delighted both dealers and customers alike.

Formula E 2020 – Shuttle Service

For Formula E Race Operations Ltd., we took on the planning, organization, and execution of the official driving service in 2020—under strict COVID-19 regulations. Ensuring compliance with the two-meter distancing rule and zoned separation across the event site required a fourfold increase in the number of buses and vans deployed. Our team introduced new roles to coordinate hygiene requirements and additionally deployed hosts and hostesses responsible for disinfection. The implementation was carried out with the highest level of care and was widely regarded by all stakeholders as exemplary.

For Documenta 2022 in Kassel, we provided fleet services for 35 WeShare car-sharing vehicles. The vehicles were available to visitors and staff throughout the entire period from June to September. Our services included daily maintenance, cleaning, and comprehensive fleet management. In this way, we contributed to sustainable mobility at one of the world’s most significant art events.
