MWM is committed to full transparency regarding commissions throughout the quotation and billing process. All commissions or financial remunerations are disclosed openly and clearly, ensuring full traceability and clarity at all times.

MWM adheres to the standards of the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the ILO Core Labour Standards, and other relevant human rights principles. These standards are binding for all employees, managers, and partner companies. We expect the same level of diligence and integrity from our suppliers and service providers.
The protection of vulnerable groups—particularly children, adolescents, older people, women, and minorities—is a mandatory component of our corporate responsibility.
This policy statement forms an integral part of our Code of Conduct, our compliance system, and our supplier requirements. It is reviewed annually as part of the governance review and further developed as necessary.

We encourage anyone who has questions about our compliance rules or wishes to report a potential violation to contact us in confidence.
Reporting channels and procedures
1. Receipt and confirmation: You will receive confirmation of receipt of your report within seven days.
2. Confidential review:
The report is reviewed immediately by the Compliance Officer, who is bound by confidentiality. Your identity is protected at all times.
3. Assessment and analysis:
We carefully assess whether a violation has occurred and identify which measures are necessary to minimize risk.
4. Initiation of follow-up measures:
If a violation is confirmed, internal measures (e.g. process adjustments, disciplinary actions) will be initiated.
5. Conclusion and feedback:
We will keep you informed in accordance with legal requirements. Within a maximum of three months after confirming receipt of your report, you will receive feedback on the follow-up measures taken (provided this does not compromise confidentiality).
